2.5 Log Data & IP Address - GDPR Safe

We do not store raw IP addresses. We only store city/country for analytics and delete IP instantly after conversion. We respect DNT and cookie consent.

  • IP is used only for 1 second to get city/country via ip-api.com, then set to NULL in database.
  • Table page_visits stores: page_name, city, country, visitor_id - visitor_ip = NULL
  • If user clicks "Deny All" - zero DB write, zero tracking.
  • Consent choice is saved in consent_logs/ file as proof for audit with IP hashed (SHA256).

2.6 Mobile App - RoadSarathi

This policy covers our Android App RoadSarathi (package: in.aifusionproducts.roadsarathi) available on Google Play.

  • App Name: RoadSarathi - Driver Safety by AI Fusion Products
  • Camera: On-device face detection for drowsiness. No face images stored or uploaded. Processed live and discarded instantly.
  • Data Collected in App: Precise location (GPS for nearby search), Approximate location, Device ID (for license), App interactions (button clicks).
  • Location Usage: When drowsiness detected or user taps ⛽🔌 / FOOD / STAY, we query OpenStreetMap Overpass API (anonymous) to show nearby fuel (gas + EV charging), food, stay. Location is NOT sent to our own servers, only used on-device + OSM query.
  • Data NOT collected: Contacts, Photos, Files, Microphone, Personal identifiers.
  • Encryption: All network calls via HTTPS.
  • Deletion: Email [email protected] or visit https://aifusionproducts.in/delete-account.html
  • Third-party: Overpass API (OpenStreetMap) for places data - see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Privacy

2.7 Google Play Store Listing

Our app is listed on the Google Play Store. Google's privacy policy also applies when you download our app from the Play Store.

  • Accept All: We set visitor_track_id cookie (30 days) and track city/country analytics.
  • Necessary Only: Temporary session hash necs_xxx - only for security.
  • Deny All: No cookies for analytics, no DB entry. We respect Do Not Track (DNT) header.

Your choice is stored in cookie cookie_consent and also logged in server file /consent_logs/ with hashed IP for legal proof.
