All source codes, model alignments, interface layouts, custom algorithms, and system integrations remain the exclusive proprietary assets of AI Fusion Products.

Unless explicitly specified otherwise, all structural elements on this platform—including but not limited to custom PHP/Python source codes, database structures, algorithmic models, multi-agent workflows, user-interface designs, documentation text, and image blueprints—are owned, controlled, or licensed by AI Fusion Products and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property legislation.

2. Limited Usage License

Visitors are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access content and interact with public front-end demonstrations for evaluation purposes only. You may not:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying backend code of our processing engines or tracking systems.
Mirror, clone, duplicate, or redistribute any foundational application components without written authorization.
Utilize the structural outputs or programmatic solutions of our prototypes to construct parallel commercial platforms.

Network and System Security

We actively enforce programmatic filters at our edge layer to neutralize unauthorized automated extraction, payload injection, and high-velocity scanning loops.

1. Prohibited Activities

As a user of this Platform, you explicitly covenant not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:

Automated Scraping: Deploying crawlers, headless scripts, curl routines, or automated scrapers to systematically harvest data, blogs, or interface structures.
Rate Limit Exploitation: Flooding backend processing files or tracking scripts with intentional high-density request traffic.
Vulnerability Probing: Executing automated fuzzers, vulnerability dictionary attacks, or directory path scans targeting hidden configurations or backup files.

2. Enforcement Actions

Any detected attempts to subvert network filters, trigger structural traps, bypass honeypots, or breach application limits will result in an immediate, automated termination of your network session, dynamic edge-level firewall blocking, and a permanent report submitted to systemic security logs.

Legal Disclaimers

All systems, custom modular designs, and software prototypes are provided strictly on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" baseline without warranties of any sort.

1. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Fusion Products builds sophisticated evaluation systems spanning multiple application environments. However, we do not warrant that technical outputs, prediction algorithms, automated evaluation parameters, or real-time tracking scripts will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all external client infrastructure configurations.

2. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Fusion Products, its founders, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our platform prototypes, including but not limited to server downtime, algorithmic variances, data transmission drops, or hosting provider performance deviations.

3. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the website are governed by and construed in absolute accordance with the laws of India, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the state of Karnataka, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

User Verification: To ensure the integrity of our platform and mitigate automated credential exploits or malicious bot operations, we reserve the right to deploy silent verification scripts, cryptographic validation mechanics, and token session limits across high-risk terminal and login portals.
